For me, they check all the boxes for taste and nutrition. Kinda like dessert in a cup, but something you can feel really good about eating because of the protein and fiber, two things we typically lack unless we're paying close attention. Anytime I can get 30 grams of protein into a meal or snack, AND bulk it up with vegetables and fruit, I’m calling that a double win!
